Terms Of Service
Acceptances of terms by scheduling a cleaning service with Mandy's house cleaning & dog walking services LLC, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Service provided
We offer a variety of house cleaning services, including but not limited to
Standard cleaning
Deep cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Weekly cleaning
Bi-Weekly cleaning
Monthly cleaning
Basic cleaning
Dog walking

Scheduling and cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via [phone/website/email].
Cancellations must be made [24/48] hours in advance to avoid a cancelation fee of [50%].
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payment terms
We except payments via [ credit card, Cash]
Late payments may incur a fee of [50%].
Please note that we do not except Checks
Deposit requirements
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your house cleaning appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost. the remaining balance is due upon completion of the cleaning services
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide access to the property at the schedule time
Clients should inform us of any specific cleaning instructions or areas to avoid.
We are not responsible for and damages to items that are not properly secured or disclosed.
Please make sure pets are secure before cleaning service starts.
Share detailed information about the dog's behavior, temperament, and any medical conditions.
Inform the walker of any allergies, fears or triggers the dog might have.
Update the walker on resent changes in the dog's health or routine.
Make sure the dog is properly harnessed or collard with identification tags.
Ensure that the walking environment is safe and accessible for the dog and walker.
keep dog up to date on vaccinations and flee and/tick prevention to protect dog and walker.
remove hazards or inform walker about potential risk in the area.
Client agrees to properly secure the home prior to leaving the premises. Mandy's house cleaning & dog walking services will re-secure the home to the best of its ability at the end of each visit.
Mandy's house cleaning & dog walking services is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the dog walker. Satisfaction guarantee If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us with in [24/48[ hours, and we will address your concerns.
Liability
Mandys house cleaning and dog walking services LLC is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages to losses. Restrictions on site access and use. You may not access or use, or attempt to access or use, the Services or Content to take any action that could harm Mandys house cleaning & dog walking services, or any third Party, or interfere with the operation of the Services, nor may you use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable laws, rules or regulations.
Without limiting the foregoing, you agree not to:
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity or the origin of any information you provide. Use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of any Service or Content or any activity conducted on any Service or attempt to probe, scan, test the vulnerability of, or breach the security of any system or network. Circumvent, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with (or attempt, encourage, or support anyone else’s attempt to engage in such activities) any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of any Services. Engage in unauthorized spidering, scraping, or harvesting of content or information, or use any other unauthorized automated means to compile information. Obtain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other computer systems, materials, information, or any services available on or through the Services or Content. Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our network or infrastructure; Upload or otherwise transmit any communication, software, or material that contains a virus, adware, malware, spyware, or ransom- ware, or is otherwise harmful to our users’ computers or systems, or Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Services or Content, or that, in our sole and absolute judgment, exposes us or any of our users, affiliates, or any other third party to any liability, damages, or harm of any type. Violations of system or network security and certain other conduct may result in civil or criminal liability to you. We may investigate and work with law enforcement authorities to prosecute users who violate these Terms.

Respectful conduct and safety
The client and household members will treat company staff and contractors with courtesy and respect. The following behaviors are prohibited toward are company staff:
Verba abuse
Threats
Sexual or discriminatory harassment
Physical aggression and unauthorized recording
Company staff may suspend or terminate services immediately for any instance of prohibited behavior. If service is suspended or terminated for cause, the client will remain responsible for the full service fee and any applicable incident or cancellation charges.
Incident reporting and Immediate Departure
If company staff member perceives a threat to their safety or experience prohibited behavior, they may leave the premises immediately and file an incident report within 24 hours. The company will investigate and may require the client to reimburse damages, replacement cost, and the full services fee for affected booking.
No Retaliation; Account Suspension
Retaliation against the company staff for reporting incidents, including withholding payment or leaving false reviews, is strictly prohibited. The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate clients account without refund for retaliation, harassment or repeated misconduct.
Payment For Disruption
In the event of service interruption or cancellation due to client misconduct, the client agrees to pay a minimum incident fee of 100% of the service fee , plus any additional charges for travel, time, or replacement of damage items.
Recording and privacy
Recording of any company staff must be disclosed in advance and consent obtain. Convert recording is prohibited except where expressly authorized by the company for safety purpose.
Governing law These terms of services shall be governed by and construed accordance with the laws of New Mexico/USA.
